K. B. Coldiron, Inc. specializes in the installation of Section #05400 structural framing on exterior walls for commercial buildings, along with light-gauge interior metal framing for walls, bulkheads and ceilings.
DRYWALL
We install various drywall systems, including: standard hanging, finishing and specialty systems requiring Level 5 finishing. K. B. Coldiron, Inc. also installs shaft wall systems, frequently required in commercial building.
PLASTER
K. B. Coldiron, Inc. installs all types of plaster systems, textures and ornamental plaster, as needed. On occasion, our team also paints walls, ceilings, door and window frames, etc..
DOORS & HARDWARE
The K. B. Coldiron, Inc. team not only installs all exterior & interior doors, but also ensures that the frames, hardware, windows, and bathroom accessories are installed properly at each jobsite.
WALL & CEILING SYSTEMS
We specialize in the installation all types of acoustical ceilings -- from standard 2' x 2' and 2' x 4' square-edge tile, to revealed edge tile and radius ceilings.
